Important Delivery Information for Products that Despatch Directly from Our Suppliers 

Here' what you need to know when ordering these products:

• Delivery on internal doors, acoustic wall panels and external UPVC & GRP doors is 5 - 7 working days

• Delivery on wardrobe doors is up to 14 working days

• Delivery on bathroom taps & showers is 3 - 5 working days and wall lights & lanterns 2 - 3 working days

• Delivery on kitchen taps and accessories is 5 working days 

• Click & Collect is not available for these products

• Cost of delivery is included in the price

• When an order is placed you will receive a link to tracking information

• Any other items on your order will be delivered via DPD as shown below in Delivery Information

Curtain poles, blinds, electrical switches & sockets and bathroom accessories are NOT next working day delivery and are NOT available for Click & Collect. See individual product pages for delivery times. These delivery times are also shown at checkout.

Hiatt Hardware & DPD

We offer Click & Collect and home delivery services in partnership with DPD. Orders are dispatched to your choice of Pickup Shop or your home for next working day, providing we receive your order before 3pm Monday - Wednesday (or before 5pm on a Thursday). Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 3pm Friday or over the weekend will be delivered Tuesday, discounting public holidays (see below). 

NOTE: You can choose Saturday Click & Collect service or home delivery (for orders placed before 3pm on Friday), or next working day AM priority options, when you checkout.

Orders placed after 3pm on Friday, or over the weekend, will be processed on the next available working day — that’s typically a Monday for Tuesday delivery. However, this service differs during public holidays.

Click & Collect

FREE delivery when you choose Click & Collect at Checkout!* 

FREE Click & Collect is available on orders over £30. Click & Collect charge is £3.96 for orders under £30.

If you chose home delivery when checking out and wish to change to Click & Collect, you can do so using the DPD app**. Here’s how:

• In your delivery confirmation from DPD, select In-Flight Options

• From your In-Flight Options choose to collect from a DPD Pickup Shop

• Select your local shop from thousands of Pickup Shops around the UK

• Your order will be delivered to your chosen Pickup Shop for you to collect at your convenience during shop trading hours within seven days

Track Your Delivery

You will receive an email and an SMS from DPD to confirm your delivery date and timeslot.  

If you’re not going to be around to receive your parcel, please arrange to reschedule your delivery via your confirmation SMS using DPD ‘In-Flight Options’, which include:

• Live parcel tracking

• Delivery rescheduling

• Specifying alternative delivery instructions

Or you can access DPD Follow My Parcel using your tracking number or call card number.

Public Holidays

We’re closed during public holidays, as are our logistics partner DPD. Here’s a breakdown of when you can expect your order to be delivered around bank holidays, Easter time, Christmas & New Year.

Bank Holiday Mondays

For bank holiday Mondays throughout the year:

• Orders placed before 5pm on the preceding Thursday will be dispatched for next day delivery on the Friday as usual.

• Orders placed after 5pm on the preceding Thursday and before 3pm on the Friday will dispatch for delivery on the following Tuesday.

• Orders placed after 3pm on the Friday will dispatch within 24 hours of our order fulfilment centre re-opening on the following Tuesday.

Easter Weekend

During the Easter break:

• The cutoff for delivery before the weekend is before 3pm on the preceding Wednesday.

• After 3pm on that Wednesday your order will dispatch Thursday for delivery on the following Tuesday, as both Good Friday and Easter Monday are bank holidays.

• Order on the preceding Thursday before 5pm for delivery on Tuesday.

• Order on the preceding Thursday after 3pm and your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of our fulfilment centre re-opening on Tuesday.

Christmas & New Year 2025

We are closed over the holiday period. Deliveries around Christmas & New Year 2025 will be as follows:

• Cutoff for delivery before Christmas will be before 3pm on Tuesday 23^rd December for next day delivery.

• Orders placed after that will be dispatched within 24 hours of our fulfilment centre re-opening on the 5^th January 2026.

Your Contact Information

In the unlikely event that your order’s dispatch is held up or delivery is delayed, we will do our very best to contact you as soon as possible to keep you in the loop.

Please ensure when placing your order that your contact information is correct (email address and telephone number). Remember, without the right contact information we may not be able to keep you updated.  

Unsuccessful Deliveries

Delivery will be to your local DPD Pickup Shop where it will be held for you to collect within 7 days. After that period, it will be returned to us. You may rearrange a new delivery for an additional charge.
Home delivery will be attempted once to you or a neighbour. If delivery is unsuccessful because there's nobody available to take receipt, your order will automatically go to a DPD parcel pickup shop for you to collect within 7 days. 

PLEASE NOTE: Should you miss a delivery, any costs associated with you collecting your parcel from a Pickup Shop wil not be reimbursed.
